An evidence-based course for adults aged 60 and older.
Combines the fun game of Bingo with health and exercise to promote socialization and healthy movement. Conducted in twenty 1-hour sessions over ten weeks.

Provides incontinent supplies to those who cannot afford to purchase these necessary supplies.

Chronic Conditions, Diabetes and Pain Self-Management Class: This class provides support of various chronic health conditions through self-management tools. Older adults aged 60 and over gain confidence to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.

  • All Self-Management courses are owned by Self-Management Resource Center, LLC and delivered by the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas.
  • Conducted in six 2.5-hour sessions.

A YMCA of the Suncoast evidenced-based course for adults aged 60+ to reduce fear of falling and remain active and independent.

An evidence-based course for adults aged 60 and over to reduce the fear of falling and remain active and independent, provided by AAAPP.

  • Conducted in eight 2-hour sessions.
  • Uses group discussion, problem–solving strategies, videos and gentle physical exercise.

Diapers for Dignity -
An Incontinence Supply Bank

For those who may not be able to afford incontinence supplies, the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco – Pinellas has created Diapers for Dignity, a free and anonymous incontinence supply bank.  You can call the HelpLine (1-800-963-5337 or 727-217-8111) to figure out where you can pick up supplies in Pinellas and Pasco County.

The following are participating locations.  Participating sites:

  • Accept donations of unopened packages of incontinence supplies and
  • May provide a few packages of supplies free of charge to those who cannot afford to purchase all of the supplies that they need (pull-ups, tabbed diapers, pads etc).
