Why work With us
Why you should join our team:
Opportunity & Accessibility
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities, participate in the E-Verify process and are a drug-free workplace.*
Work from Home
Hybrid, flexible work allows you to work at home, on the road, or in a satellite location for part of your work week, with most positions requiring you to be in office only three days per week.
Open Door Policy
Open communication is vital to a successful work environment. We encourage staff to share opinions directly with management and voice ideas and concerns with Human Resources in-person, via email or by phone.
Compensation
We offer bi-weekly pay within the appropriate salary range based on your experience and current market data, offering opportunities for bonuses and yearly raises.
Health Benefits
We consider employees our greatest asset and strive to provide you and your family with a comprehensive, competitively priced benefits package. Our benefits include health, telemedicine, dental, vision, FSA, EAP, employer-paid life and AD&D, short-term disability and more.
Staff Appreciation
We honor eligible staff members with monetary awards for long service and satisfactory performance. Additionally, all staff who maintain eligibility are celebrated at a team event, with a special recognition lunch hosted for those with 30 years or more of service.
Retirement Plan
Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 100% employer-allocation 401(k) retirement plan, with up to a 10% match of employer contribution per pay period (6% salary match, plus a 4% deferred contribution match).
Merit-Based Rewards
Our staff-nominated Employee of the Month receives team recognition, an extra flex day off, and is eligible for the end-of-the-year drawing: a $500 Employee of the Year award. We also host monthly birthday celebrations with cake and snacks.
Continuing Education
Staff who earn an academic degree, from an associate’s to a doctoral, can be eligible for a $500-$2,000 bonus. If you receive a license or certification relevant to your position, you could be eligible for a salary review and pay increase.
