Featured Programs

A one-time service to address heavy-duty cleaning tasks. May include seasonal cleaning, yard work, pressure washing, carpet cleaning or other cleaning needs beyond the scope of everyday assistance.

Provides help when there is no other community resource to address short-term needs.
May include medical equipment not available through insurance, chore services, appliances or other household items, short-term home delivered meals and financial support to address a crisis, prevent eviction and/or secure new housing.

Veterans of all ages can choose and manage their own care plans through the Veterans Directed Home and Community-Based Services program, offering services that promote independence, including: 

  • Hiring and supervising your own caregivers.
  • Working directly with our trained case managers.

Veterans may be eligible for Veterans Directed Care if they meet the clinical criteria for the service. For more information on eligibility, call your VA Social Worker, VA Hospital, or the VA at 1-888-820-0230.
