Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias can be both rewarding and overwhelming. The Savvy Caregiver Program is a nationally recognized, evidence-based training designed to support family and informal (unpaid) caregivers with practical skills, strategies, and knowledge they need to care with competence and compassion. Whether you’re just beginning your caregiving journey or have been providing care for years, this program can help you better understand your role, reduce stress, and improve quality of life—for both you and your loved one.

This is a 6 session course held weekly on Fridays from 12:30pm-2:30pm at the Aging Well Center @ The Long Center

Classes begin May 1 and run through June 5

Participants: Age 18+ and a resident of Pasco or Pinellas County, FL
